Thanksgiving & Idaho at 4 mo.

I'm only one month behind as Landri turns 5 mo. today, but i blame the hustle and bustle of the holidays! :-)
I'll start with Thanksgiving..  Shon & I hosted turkey day at our house for the first time.  It was a success!  Shon fried up 2 turkeys & 3 chickens!  He didn't want to waste all the peanut oil on one turkey!
My parents joined us for the long weekend and had a nice dinner with Eric & Jess as well.  Landri was the centerpiece at our dinner!
Landri turned 4 months on the 27th, and at her checkup she weighed 17.2lb, 25.5" long.  She had reverted back to a newborn's sleeping habits: up every 2 hours at night, which was really taking a toll on me, since i was back to work..  I researched that this is common at 4 mo, known as "4 mo. wake period".. when babies are discovering their hands and want to play as well as having growth spurts.  We started her on cereal at dinner and eventually after 3 wks, she went back to sleeping through the night! whew!
December 1st we flew up to visit Shon's Mom in Idaho.  A lot of 'firsts' happened for Landri!  She got to meet her other Grandma, first flight, first long car ride, first time sleeping somewhere else, etc.  She did wonderfully except the 3.5 hour car ride! She is not a fan of being in the car long.  Idaho had already gotten lots of snow, so the scenery was beautiful!  We had a nice trip showing off our precious baby!
At 4.5 months, Landri finally rolled over!   She spins around on her belly really good too, always clockwise.
She is really 'talking' more and can really get to laughing good!  We are having a blast seeing her personality develop!    ...enough talk, lets see some pictures! :-)
I'm 4 months!

I can stand really tall!

Landr LOVES to watch football! ..hmm, wonder who got her hooked on that?!  (i have to admit, sure was nice while we were cooking thanksgiving dinner!)

Her poutty lip is just too cute!
